What is the best way to get in contact with ALEKO? +

How do I find my order number and/or invoice? +

When an order is placed on our website, an invoice with your order number is promptly emailed to the email address used when the order was placed. If you do not see it in your normal inbox, be sure and check your SPAM folder as well.

How do I request parts? +

There are two ways to request parts. First, you can submit a parts request form that can be found here. Second, you can call in at 833-926-2323 and request parts over the phone with a live agent.

Where do we ship from? +

ALEKO has 2 separate warehouses, one in WA and one in FL.

Where do our products come from? +

ALEKO manufacturers all our products overseas from Asia and Europe.

What is your refund/return policy? +

Our return and refund policy is 30 days from when the item is received. Additional information can be viewed here.

How do we ship? +

ALEKO uses shipping companies such as FedEx, USPS, and UPS on our normal sized and smaller items. For larger LTL items such as gates, saunas, fencing, etc. we use freight shippers such as Roadrunner, Saia, and Estes.

How long does shipping take? +

Our products can take 3-7 business days when shipped through FedEx, USPS, and UPS. For LTL shipments, these can take anywhere from 7-20 days.

Do we ship outside of the US? +

Depending on the item's size, we can ship outside the US. However, the customer is then responsible for shipping costs on anything outside of the continental US, please reach out to us for international shipping quotes.

Where is the rest of my shipment? +

Oftentimes, there are multiple boxes that make up the item that you purchased. When you receive your tracking number, please check within the tracking portal on the given shipper's website if there are any additional tracking numbers associated to the one you received.

Does ALEKO provide installation? +

ALEKO does not provide installation. Our products are meant to be DIY. The customer is also welcome to hire a contractor or handyman to handle installation.

Is assembly required for my product? +

On the majority of our items, some assembly is required. Your product will come with detailed installation instructions to assist you with installation.

Does ALEKO offer Military discounts? +

Yes, we offer a 10% military discount on regular items and a set dollar amount off LTL items. Please call 833-926-2323 option 2 for sales to place an order.

Does ALEKO offer a bulk order discount? +

We are potentially able to offer bulk order discounts. Please call 833-926-2323 option 2 for sales for more information.
