Once the order is confirmed and in production, it will take about 4-8 weeks to receive your sauna. If you wish to cancel the order, a 50% restocking fee will ensue.
If you decide to return your custom sauna, there will also be a 50% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Sales and promotions do not apply to custom orders.
