Received order, realized, motor was missing. Company tracked and found the motor was damaged in shipping, never returned or delivered. Of course, they asked for photos, did that. I decided to open a case through PayPal, just to protect my purchase. Next, I was told they would ship the motor but I had to close the case through PayPal first, I did not. Then I was told that their computer system would not allow them to ship my motor (remember, paid for) until I closed out the case through PayPal. Any manager could override that system. After I explained I had contacted the BBB in their area and in constant contact with PayPal, I received an email...the motor was shipping. I gave 3 stars, the awning is very pretty, had this been a review on C.S. it would have been ZERO stars. To top it all off, they ordered a motor through Amazon which was cheaper than their replacement motors cost on their website because they did not have a motor to send me. I am requesting a refund of the difference.
