Please note that once a custom gate order is made, it takes about 2-4 months to receive your order.

Once the order is confirmed and in production, we are unable to cancel these orders. If you wish to continue canceling the order, a 50% restocking fee will ensue.

If you decide to return your custom gate, there will also be a 50% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Sales and promotions do not apply to custom orders.
