This is the second elect lock I had to order within one year,the first one broke,when I contacted your company I was asked if I had an invoice and I did NOT due to the fact I did not expect this one to break,I had ask to have my order lookup on your computer system. Well no results.When I had ordered the new one The item had an icon stating that this item qualifies for free shipping. I ended up paying for the shipping. WHY? I question why I had to pay for the shipping? and was told I DIDNT click on to the icon stating this item qualifys for free shipping!! Well the statement said NOW IF the item was $99.00 or more SO WHY would YOU state this item qualifies for free shipping if the COST is $79.00??? I found this very misleading! Your sales rep. would NOT help me out on this misleading statement and that is why I had to pay the shipping cost.
