PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

ALEKO Hybrid Controller is a newly designed intelligent controller which combines wind and solar energy. The charger transforms the AC power from your wind turbine by the Rectifier Bridge to DC power for battery charging. Intelligent control of the generator brake and vent charge protects the generator and equipment. It will protect batteries by turning off lights automatically when the battery voltage is low. It will cut off charging current to protect batteries from discharging through the solar panel at dark. The controller also has a protection circuit to prevent accidental damage. Compatible with all ALEKO wind generators and many other similar wind turbines.

5 of 5 I was afraid that I had a bad controller charge August 12, 2017

This charge controller is as simple as it gets. There are no buttons. It has two LED indicators for status indication, one green and one red. There is a one-page (front and back) user manual included in the package.  The charge controller has an infrared emitter and receiver, but there is no information I can find about how to use it.Therefore, the default configuration is the only configuration. It seems to have a temperature probe, and the user's manual states that it compensates for the rise, leveling and float voltage for temperature. To test the charge controller, I used a 100-watt flexible solar panel with a voltage / ampere / Watt for power control from the solar panel and battery. When I first started everything, I was afraid that I had a bad controller charge.A green LED indicated that the battery was powered, but it did not start flashing, which seemed about 60 seconds. After that everything became normal and worked. I'm very impressed with the efficiency of this charge contr

I can not talk about the reliability / durability of the device, but about what I saw and tested. For about 70 dollars you just can not win.
