Well, considering it took over 2 months to get the product, there has not been much opportunity to actually use it. Also, seeing as it is missing an important part, that I emailed information to your company as I’ve been told that’s the best line of communication, and have had no response in over a week, it’s hard to give a good review. I think once we have all the parts and are actually able to use the awning, it will serve the desired purpose. Disappointed in the customer service and length of time it took to receive the product. I realize this is not a normal year, but that’s not an excuse for poor customer service. I’ll be calling to does with a person regarding missing part, seeing as email has gotten no response.
