The big items, such as Gates, Fences, Pedestrian gates and Saunas are available for pickup Monday-Friday from 8AM-4:30PM.
After hours pickup is by appointment only.

We do our best to process your order as soon as possible. All products and all orders from our web site are shipped from our Seattle WA warehouse. Buyer is responsible for all charges and payments of all customs clearance fees, duties and taxes, if any. Our products include: Driveway Gates, Iron Fence, Pedestrian gates, Sliding Gate Openers, Swing Gate Openers, Solar Gate Openers, Solar Panel Electric Locks, gate Parts and Accessories. Location: We are located in the state of Washington. We process 80% of our sales online. Local pick-up is welcome.
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Some delivery delays can occasionally occur.

After your product ships from our warehouse, you will receive email containing tracking information and details on the carrier assigned to your order. Shortly following shipment you will be contacted by the carrier to set up a delivery date. Please download and read carefully the Freight Receiving Instructions.
Curbside Delivery - FREE by default for US continental areas.
Curbside delivery is our standard delivery method and is free on all freight orders. Customer is responsible for unloading the crate, removing crate (if needed) to check for damage and moving product inside the home. Curbside does not include any additional services such as setting in place, unpacking, plugging in, installation or debris removal. Additional cost may be applied for specific areas that require additional equipment for delivery.
2) “Second Man“ Delivery - optional, you may chose it during checkout process.
Includes second man unloading your product from the track to your driveway.
3) Inside Delivery (White Glove Delivery) - optional, you may chose it during checkout process.
Inside Delivery includes unloading your products and placing them in the area of your choice(on same initial level, no more then 3 steps on stairs included).
We keep the right to choose shipping carrier for any international orders without any notices to customer, to avoid any extra custom fees or any other fees that may apply.
We are doing our best to choose best shipping method for each order.
